The 15th summit of the African countries will start its activities in the Ugandan capital, Kampala, under the theme: 'mothers and infants health and development in Africa'. A three-day summit has already started meetings of heads of states and governments in Africa with the issues of climate change, in addition to preparations for two summit of New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD).
The Minister of Peace and CPA Implementation, Pagan Amum, heads the delegation of the Government of Southern Sudan to the AU meeting while the National Government did not disclose its representative yet.
